We aim to create a dynamic place with a simple kitchen and unpretentious food, using the best local produce as well as introducing you to our favourite ingredients.
Ours is an inspired menu, drawing on French and Scandinavian influences, developed from a blend of fresh Tasmanian and Victorian produce. All the while, hosting in a relaxed atmosphere with an extraordinary view of Port Phillip Bay.
